At Bumbambay, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your bag.
- After 30 days, we cannot process returns.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- To initiate a return, please email bumbambay@gmail.com with the following:
- Front and back photos of the product clearly showing its condition.
Return Process
- Email us with your order details and product photos.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions
- Customized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- We reserve the right to deny returns if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
